摘要

随着我国经济的高速发展，人民群众生活水平得到大幅度提高与改善，对GDP已跃 居 世界第二的中国來说，低劳动力成本的吋代已不复存在。在当今的中国，人力成本占 企业总成木的比率在不断的爬升，如何有效降低人力成本已成为企业急需解决的重要问 题。通 过对企业人力成本现状和增加原因的研究，为企业提供出适合的降低人力成本途 径及方法。

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy and citizen's life, the low price of labor force is no Ion ger living any more. Nowadays, GDP of China has jumped to the second place and the labor cosfs proportion of the total cost becomes more and more. Therefore, how to control the labor cost becomes a big problem in front of us. This paper tries to provide favorable methods and ways to bring down the labor cost by analyzing the reason why it has been increasing and illustrating the current situation of it.
