【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the result of treatment thoracolumbar vertebral fracture with percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods Adopt PVP and treat thoracolumbar vertebral fracture，especially the osteoporosis causes. Result All cases were follow up 6-15 months，the back pain obviously lighte or disappea after the operation. Conclusion The PVP is an ideal method to treat thoracolumbar vertebral fracture，especially the osteoporosis causes. it is a new kind microsurgical,and it is simple and effective in relieving pain and recovering function.
