木槿组培快繁技术的研究 摘 要:该研究以木槿幼嫩茎段为外植体,研究了不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节剂对木槿组织培养过程的影响,建立了其离体快速繁殖的技术体系。试验结果表明:芽诱导的最适宜培养基为MS + 0.2mg?L-1 NAA + 4.0mg?L-1 6-BA,出芽率最高,为84.05%;增殖培养的最适宜的培养基为MS + 1.5mg?L-1 6-BA + 0.1mg?L-1 NAA;MS + 1.0mg?L-1 IBA + 0.1mg?L-1 NAA更适宜生根培养,生根率高达80.67%;移栽到腐殖土∶蛭石= 2∶1的基质中,成活率高达82.93% 。
