Abstract
At present, the programmable controller (PLC) is widely used in CNC machine tools, and other industrial control. Nc machine tool control section can be divided into digital control and sequence control two parts, digital control part includes the position coordinates of the continuous control and sequence control including the spindle is/reversal and start/stop, change knife, chuck clamping and loosen, cooling, tail frame, clearance and auxiliary action control. Modern CNC machine PLC instead of relay control to complete logic control, make the CNC machine tool structure more compact, function more rich, response speed and reliability greatly improve!
