摘 要：异戊二烯是合成橡胶的重要单体，主要用于生成异戊橡胶、

丁基橡胶和ＳＩＳ热塑性弹性等，也宽泛应用于医药、农药、黏结剂

及香料等领域。本文介绍了传统的异戊烷和异戊烯脱氢、化学合成、

萃取蒸馏等几种主要的化学生产方法和生物合成方法及催化合成膜

分别等新技术应用于异戊二烯的生产，并对主要方法进行了对照，分

析了其优弊端，同时对异戊二烯生产技术的发展提出了建议。

Abstract: Isoprene monomer is an important synthetic rubber, mainly

used to generate isoprene rubber, butyl rubber and SIS thermoplastic

elastomers etc., which are also widely used in medicine, pesticides,
