Abstract

In recent years, "help class，' livelihood television news appeared in various television channel almost all over the country, with a strong developing momentum, as well as the ratings increasing. In purpose of "help^ people, television programs appear in the television screens of thousands upon thousands of families： it can not only appeal for the social vulnerable groups, but also help them solving troubles encountered in the actual production and daily life, as in the following, the programs become a communication bridge among the government, enterprises and citizens/'help class" journalist keep a record of the "helping process” as intervention and record, which play an important role in people's livelihood news.
