基于PLC的太阳能电池板追日系统
摘 要
本设计主要有控制器、检测设备、执行设备。控制器为可编程逻辑控制器,检测设备为光照传感器和模拟量的采集模块,执行设备为伺服电机、减速机构,设计一种使用PLC来自动追踪光能的太阳能电池板。首先,安装四颗光照传感器在太阳能电池上,进行光照角度检测和模拟量采集,在通过信号转换的方式将寄存器数据形式转换成模拟量信号,系统可以跟随太阳运行轨迹运动,能让太阳光与太阳能电池板垂直照射,提高接收效率。实现了一种太阳能自动跟踪系统模型。
