　　摘 要： 目前 ，我国各种不规范的农民专业合作 经济 组织 发展 模式是对农民制度创新的一种替代，同时也是对政府制度供给缺位的自发填补，这在一定程度上解决了农民进入市场的 问题 。《农民专业合作社法》促进条款会降低农民发展专业合作社的交易成本，但其有关规范农民专业合作社的条款可能在短期内会产生一定的负面效应，应该引起足够的重视。
