Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect of Astragalosides and Astragalus Polysaccharide on the proliferation of glomeruli mesangial cells(GMCs). MethodsExtract and culture GMCs from SD rats,then study the effect of different deity of Astragalosides and Astragalus Polysaccharide on the proliferation of GMCs by MTT assay, and calculate the inhibitory rate.
