【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relatiohip between the expression of Bcl-2 gene in esophageal cancer（EC）and its risk The molecular epidemilogy was used to study and analyze the condition of the expression of BcI-2 gene in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus（SCCE）and its significance．Results Epidemiological and genetic analysis indicated that drinking alcohol and eating little meat,egg,fish,and vegetable were the risk facto of positive expression of Bcl-2 gene，and their OR were respectively 2．538，4．030 and 2．234．The positive rate of Bcl-2 gene in
