【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of acupoint pressure in improving quality of life （QOL） for malignant Patients were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups to record the index of QOL and value QOL before and after treatment between the two groups The index of QOL was improved by 30% and 10% in the treatment and control groups respectively with significant differences.

Conclusion QOL in advanced malignant patients can be improved obviously by supportive treatment combined with digital acupoint pressure
