Abstract:ObjectiveTo study triterpene acids in the fruit of Crataegus pinnatifida . MethodsFour triterpenoidal acids were isolated from the extraction of the fruit of Crataegus pinnatifida by pre-HPLC, which were identified by chemical method and spectroscopic (IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR).ResultsThe compounds were identified as: Maslinic acid(Ⅰ),Corosolic acid(Ⅱ),oleanlic acid(Ⅲ), uolic acid(Ⅳ)。ConclusionThe compounds corosolic acid is obtained from the fruit of Crataegus pinnatifida for the fit time.
