【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the reduced Glutathione on toxic acute renal failure. Methods 46 patients with acute renal failure were divided into two groups randomly. The 23 patients of control group were given routine treatment. The therapeutic group of the other 23 patients were treated with Glutathione intervenous drop infusion for 14～30 days besides routine treatment.
