【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Na+H+ exchanger 1 (NHE1) antisee gene magnetic nanoparticies on the morphology of SCG7901 gastric caner Antisee NHE1 eukaryotic expression on vector was cotructed with recombinant DNA technique and trafected into SGC7901 gastric carcinoma cells by DCIONP. The dextran coated iron oxide nanoparticles (DCIONP) was synthesized with deposition. Then, NHE1 antisee gene magnetic nanoparticles were cotructed. We examined the morphologi
