Abstract：ObjectiveTo prepare Ruyijinhuangsan film with Chitosan-graft-poly(Methyl Methacrylate) in order to release medicine more uniformly and more lastingly than former film. MethodsThe effective components from the Ruyijinhuangsan powder were extracted with alcohol coidering the solubility of the main components in film was prepared with Chitosan-graft-poly(Methyl Methacrylate) and the cotituents of curcumin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol ,berberine in the film were determined with HPLC. ResultsThe release rate of Rhein in film was better than that of former film. ConclusionRuyijinhuangsan
