Abstract：ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction process of the active fraction (the total alkaloids) from the Bulbs of Fritillariae hupeheis. MethodsApplying orthogonal design in this study， we got nine extraction samples of Bulbus Fritillariae hupeheis.
