① 表示方位的 in, on, to

on 表示与某地的毗邻关系，例： China is to the west of Japan.

② over, above 和 on 的用法

over 指在 的. 正上方，表示垂直在上；

above 指在上方，属于斜上方，例： Raise your hand above your head. on 指在上面，表示两物体接触，例： There is a cup on the table.
