摘要 棉花打包机是用于棉花加工企业生产末端的重耍设备，其性能关系到整个棉产业的产出效率与 产量，具有很高的地位，起到了很重耍的作用。棉花打包机的口动化对于解放生产力、提高生产效 率、节约牛:产成本有着极为重要的作用。当前中国棉产业而临很多问题，关键问题在于棉加工设备 技术落后。发展新型的、全口动化、集成、电气控制的棉花打包机势在必行。 木设计以开发高效率、高可靠性、低成木的全自动液压棉花打包机为背景，在阅读多篇学术论 文，多项发明专利，人量有关打包技术的文献资料以及对棉花打包机现场工作照片、视频的研究的 基础上，了解到现在棉花打包设备存在许多.亟待改进的问题，提出了全电驱动、PET/PP带捆扎、电 气控制的全自动棉花打包机代替原来企业屮广泛采用的手工打包与半自动液压棉花打包设备。以实 现棉包全自动PEP带打包为研究重点，全面分析了设备布置与工作流程，设计了一台全自动棉花打 包机，完成了三维模型的建立、仿真分析与二维丄程图的绘制。 分析了环绕棉包的的弹片式带槽中塑钢带的送带，退带以及带在机头中熔接与切带等工作过程, 实现了机头内机械振动式摩擦焊熔接，凸伦控制切断带，光电开关感M带的行程和前示小车的长行 程纵向进给与工作行程横向进给运动。 关键词 棉花打包机；PET/PP带；摩擦焊；运动仿真; ABSTRACT Cotton baling press is an important equipment, which is used in the last procedure of the production line in cotton processing companies .It concerns to the whole cotton processing industry output efficiency and volume of production, also has a high position and played a very important role.
