新型内循环污泥浓缩消化反应器
摘要:本文研究开发了新型内循环污泥浓缩消化反应器(ICSTD),实现了污泥浓缩消化一体化,并进行了城市污水厂污泥处理的试验研究。结果表明,当有机负荷9.68KgVS/m3.d,平均水力停留时间3.1日,污泥固体停留时间为54.8d时,污泥有机物分解率可达到79.1%,排泥含水率达到90%,且上清液清澈,污泥消化与浓缩过程起到了相互促进的作用。 关键词:内循环 厌氧消化 浓缩消化 反应器 Abstract:A new kind of Internal Circulation Sludge Thickening and Digestion reactor (ICSTD) was developed, and the process of sludge treatment of municipal wastewater treatment plant was studied in this paper. The results shows that the 79.1% VS removal rate can be obtained, and the 90% containing water rated of discharged sludge can be obtained also, while influent organic loading rate 9.68KgVS/m3.d, and HRT3.1d.
