PAGE II 财务报表分析对企业经营决策的影响分析 ——以HB公司为例 摘 要 由于我国经济体制改革的不断深入发展，企业在生产经营中所面临的宏观环境也日益趋于复杂化，对企业经营管理决策提出了更高层次的要求。其中，财务报表能为企业提供精确的财务数据支持，对其进行分析能使管理层清楚地了解企业当前的财务状况的管理环境，为企业经营决策提供科学有效的建议，做出正确的经营决策和管理行为，提升企业经营决策的效率。由此可见，财务分析能够满足企业经营管理的需要，使得企业经营管理者能为企业制定未来的计划，是经营管理的有效工具。然而，如何让企业管理者看懂并发挥财务分析的指导作用，是企业财务工作者和管理层面临的重大考验。本文对财务分析和财务分析对企业经营决策的积极影响进行介绍。其次分析企业在经营决策时面对的一些问题并由此提出解决的措施。最后以HB公司为例，分析该公司的财务状况和管理中的问题，并针对问题提出合理化建议。 关键词：财务报表分析；经营管理；经营决策 Analysis of the Impact of Financial Statement Analysis on Business Decisions Abstract Along with our country economy system reform unceasing thorough development,enterprises in the production and operation of the macro environment is also increasingly complex ,and put forward higher request to management decision. However,financial statement can provide accurate financial data for enterprises,enable management to clearly understand the current financial situation and management environment , provide scientific suggestions for enterprise operation,make correct operation decision and management behavior.improve the efficiency of business decision-making.Therefore,financial analysis can meet the needs of business management,so that business managers can make future plan,is an effective tool for business management.however,how to make enterprise managers understand and play the guiding role of financial analysis is a major test faced by enterprise financial workers and management. Firstly, this paper gives a briefly introduction to financial analysis and its positive influence on business decision-making. Secondly, the paper analyzes the main problems faced by enterprises in business decision-making and puts forward solutions.Finally, take HB company as an example,this paper analyzes the financial situation of the company and puts forward reasonable suggestion.
