General Agency Appointment

This is to introduce ourselves, ××× Ltd., and we wish to appoint your good

agency as our general agents in China for our liner service from China via Hongkong to

the Persian Gulf ports. The managementof our whole operations is undertaken by

OOCL who had appointed you as their agents, vide their letter of 17October 2005 and

your acceptance letter dated 28October 2005.

Ltd is a newly formed joint venture shipping line between OOCL and BGTC with a paid up capital of one million US dollars. The board of directors comprises of the following:

The present service from the Far East to the Persian Gulf ports is by three chartered

containerized vessels with a frequency of 15 days trading between Far East ports: Tokyo,

Kobe, Hongkong and Singapor
