Abstract 南京工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE I 10kg/h冷冻除湿机的设计 摘要 本课题研究的就是冷冻除湿机的设计。冷冻除湿机就是采用冷冻除湿的方法，将让室内的常温潮湿空气进入除湿机，并且通入作为冷却设备的蒸发器，冷却空气至露点温度以下，大量大于饱和含湿量的水汽就会冷凝液化析出，降低空气湿度。处理后的干燥空气再通过冷凝器升温到常温，通过出风口排出，从而达到降低空气湿度的目的。 本课题的研究采用理论计算。根据原始参数已知的的除湿量，额定风量和制冷剂，先确定空气循环，再确定制冷循环。再根据制冷循环，确定空气进出口的温度，从而选择适合功率和风量的压缩机。然后根据计算得到的结果，设计蒸发器冷凝器等换热设备，确定其大小尺寸并进行校核计算。 温通过对本课题的研究表明，空气的相对湿度对我们的生产生活具有举足轻重的影响。冷冻除湿机可以有效的控制和调节空气的相对湿度。可见冷冻除湿机有着广泛的应用前景。同时，其技术上的难题也需要时间去慢慢解决。 关键词：冷冻除湿 蒸发器 冷凝器 Abstract PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE 1 The design of 10kg/h refrigeration dehumidifier Abstract The design of this topic research is dehumidifier.
