二、课程简介

中文简介 随着现代工业、交通运输业和城市建设的发展，环境噪声污染已经成为国外影响

最大的公害之一。 本课程分两部分：噪声的基本知识，包括声波的定义、基本性质、评价和标准、

噪声的测试以及噪声影响评价。 噪声控制的常用技术：吸声、隔声、消声器、隔振、阻尼减振。 最后通过应用实例，理论联系实际，综合运用以上的各种处理措施。

Brief introduction in English

With the development of modern industry, transportation and urban construction, environmental noise pollution is becoming the serious problem inside and outside country.

The course is divided into two parts: the fundamental knowledge, including

the definition of noise/fundamental character/evaluation and standard/test

of noise and noise impact assessment.
