动词，意为“花费(时间、金钱等)”spend＋一段时间＋with sb.意为“和某人待了多长时间”。

【拓展】spend还常用于“sb spend time/money on sth/(in)doing sth”结构，表示“某人在某物/在做某事上花费时间/金钱”。
