医美人事行政管理手册作者:道目录人事管理制度···························································2薪酬管理制度···························································13考勤管理制度···························································15会议管理制度···························································18出差管理制度···························································20保密制度·······························································22一、人事管理制度(一)总则1、目的为了规范医院人事运作流程,明确权责,确保医院高效运转,特制定本制度。2、范围本制度适用于医院所有部门。(二)招聘管理1、招聘原则(1)所有部门岗位人数均由医院人员编制表明确规定。(2)所有部门需严格按编制招人,不允许超编。如有编外需求须经营院长审批,办公室变更编制后方可执行。(3)部门编制执行先出后进的原则(针对原岗位员工离职,新员工替代的情况)。2、招聘流程(1)任何部门招聘员工,均需填报《用人需求申请表》,需求人员属于编制内的,经经营院长审批后,交行政办公室安排招聘;超出编制的须经营院长审批后方可招聘。(2)录用原则为:公平竞争、择优录取、广泛选择、欢迎推荐。3、面试录用权限权限归属员工类别办公室部门经理经营院长一般人员面试复试审批主管级以上人员面试复试审批4、面试流程(1)一般人员直接由办公室邀约面试,主管级及以
