中小企业发挥的作用都是不可替代的。但是，中小企业在发展过程中也遇到诸多的困难，

其中，融资困难是我国中小企业普遍面临的问题，这一问题在内蒙古中小企业发展过程

中尤为突出。本文的写作目的即在于深入分析内蒙古中小企业的融资困境的成因，针对

这些原因，并借鉴其他国家或地区的融资经验，提出解决内蒙古融资困境的建议和意

见 。

The number of small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia accounted for 97% of

the total. Small and medium-sized enterprises have made great contributions to the

development of Inner Mongolia in all aspects.In terms of employment, promoting

economy,increasing local revenue ect., the role of SME are irreplaceable. However,

small and medium-sized enterprises have met with many difficulties in their

development.The financing difficulties have been the common problem with the SME

in China,especially with the SME
