摘要：聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ和聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ由于其易成膜、光泽好、操作简单便利 的特性，在口服固体制剂中得到广泛应用，根据药物剂型的要求不同，可 以聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ或聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅲ单独用作肠溶包衣，也可以将聚丙烯 酸树脂Ⅱ与Ⅲ复合使用作缓释包衣，还可以微粉化后作骨架缓释制剂。使 用方便，缓控释效果好。
