摘 要

本文首先对领导者素质的内涵、特点进行了介绍，分析了领导者素质的基本内容，阐述了当代领导者素质在组织管理过程中的重要性，并提出了提高领导的素质的基本途径。加强领导者素质研究，合理改善领导者素质结构，使领导者更好参与领导活动，更好地为组织服务。

Abstract

This paper first described the basic overview of the leadership qualities, and leadership qualities. Contemporary leadership qualities in the process of organization and management, the disease has raised the basic way to improve the quality of the leadership. Strengthen the leadership qualities and improve the structure of leadership qualities, reasonable, and leaders to better participate in leadership activities, and better for the organization.
