厨余垃圾的现状及微生物处理

摘 要

本文介绍了厨余垃圾的概念及对环境的危害，通过查阅资料分别阐述了中国、美国、欧洲与韩国的处理现状，综述了目前厨余垃圾的几种基本处理方法，包括了填埋法、堆肥法、破碎直排法以及能源化处理等。在现有处理技术下重点介绍了微生物对厨余垃圾的处理，最后提出了厨余垃圾资源化技术的发展趋势和一些具体想法。

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the concept of kitchen waste and harmful to the environment, through access to information described the deal with the current situation of China, the United States, Europe and South Korea, reviewed several basic processing of kitchen waste, including landfill method, composting method, broken direct drainage method and energy of treatment, etc.In the existing processing technology focuses on the microbial of kitchen garbage treatment, finally proposed the kitchen garbage resources technology development trends and some specific ideas.
