摘 要
本论文所需单相正弦波SPWM逆变电源的设计采用了运算放大器、二极管、功率场效应管、电容和电阻等器件来组成电路。 逆变电源是一种采用电力电子技术进行电能变换的装置,它从交流或直流输入获得稳压恒频的交流输出。通过对电路的分析,参数的确定选择出一种最适合的方案。输出频率由电压控制,波形幅值由电阻确定。
本论文以SG3525驱动芯片为核心,完成了单相正弦波SPWM逆变电源的参数设计,并利用所得结果,完成了实际电路的连接,通过调试与分析,验证了设计的正确性。 关键词: SPWM,SG3525
