尿液 NGAL 和 KIM-1 联合检测在急、慢性肾损伤中的诊断价值 英文摘要 The value of combined detection of urinary NGAL and KIM-1 in the diagnosis of acute and chronic kidney injury ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the correlation between the urinary neutrophilgelatinase- associated lipocalin(NGAL), kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1), cystatin-C(Cys-C) and equation to estimate glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), serum creatinine (Scr) by observing the changes of NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C in acute and chronic kidney injury and healthy people. Meanwhile, to explore the value of combined detection of urinary NGAL and KIM-1 in the diagnosis of acute and chronic kidney injury. Methods 76 cases of patients who matched for age and gender were selected in the nephrology and Intensive Care Unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from January 2013 to December 2013, including 46 cases of acute kidney injury, 40 chronic kidney injury. At the same period, 30 healthy volunteers of medical center in the same hospital as normal control group. Clinical presentations and urinary samples were collected when the patients were enrollment into our study. The levels of urinary NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in urinary samples. To analyze the correlation between urinary urinary NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C and Scr, eGFR, and evaluate the diagnostic value of urinary NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C in acute kidney injury. Results 1. Compared with the CKD group, the levels of urinary NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C and Scr in the AKI group increased obviously, and the levels of eGFR reduced(P0.05). In addition, compared with the CKD group, the levels of urinary NGAL, KIM-1, Cys-C and Scr in the AKI group increased more obviously, and the levels of eGFR reduced more significantly(P0.05
