铁矿石贸易合同 Sale & Purchase Contract for Iron Ore This Contract (this “Contract”) is made effective as of April 2, 2012. BY AND BETWEEN , of Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), AND ., of , People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer?s Agent), AND , Brazil (hereinafter referred to as the Seller); AND When the context so requires, jointly referred to as the Parties.
